 Distributed Control System: Logical Designing, Troubleshooting and maintenance of DCS for Boiler & Auxiliaries.
 Designing, erection/installation, loop checking of Instrumentation devices for various applications like Pressure, Flow, Level, Temperature etc.
 Preparing control wiring, cable scheduling etc.
 Calibration, Troubleshooting and maintenance of multi-loop Controllers, open loop and closed loop Controllers, Field Transmitters, and Control Valves etc.

Trainings:

1. Familiarization of all power plants (Hydel &Thermal)
2. Training on Pneumatic actuators, in Cochin by Keltron.

Work Experience:

Handling of Distributed Control System CS-3000 provided by M/s Yokogawa India Ltd. for 210MW Captive Power Plant of Boiler and Auxiliaries Equipments.

Special Instrumentation handled:

1. Maintenance of Field Control Stations, CS-3000 system & respective I/O cards, Panels, UPS and Human Interface System.
2. Designing & implementing of open & closed loops needed for controllers to perform power plant process.
3. Calibration of Field Instruments like transmitters & switches for Flow, Level, Pressure, Temperature etc.
4. Calibration of Control Valves.

Educational Qualification: B.E in Instrumentation Technology (V.T.U)

Computer Skills:

Programming Languages: Basics of C-language.
Assembly Languages: Microcontroller (PIC, 8051), Microprocessor (8086).
