Senior Mortgage Processor

Process of loans from beginning to end, which included, validation of all documentation provided by the borrower, income calculation for wager earned and self employed borrowers, qualify loans based documentation type prior to submitting them for underwriting approval, which included assets, Verifications of employments, Verification of Deposits, Title commitments, Appraisal reports, and any other requirement for the Loan Process. Submitting loans thru LP, DU and other automated systems, validation of fees on GFE and Compliance (RESPA). Obtaining conditions from all sources, review them and submit them in order to close the loan at a timely matter. Once the loans were closed my duties were to package out the loans and send the file to our corporate office. Excellent personal and relations skills with the ability to create great relationships with borrowers in order to gain trust and obtain all necessary documents to close loans.

Mortgage Jr. Underwriter Consisted in Underwriting 15/30 yrs Conventional loans, and Home Equity loans. I also trained new mortgage processors as well.
