Executive Assistant to the President, Dean Financial Services
Provide high-level administrative support to the President of leading financial services with over $1 Billion under management. Dean Financial Services is an experienced regional provider of integrated wealth management services.
• Collaborate with President to oversee company matters and workflow. Develop internal correspondence that facilitates effective communication and transfer of information between five departments.
• Manage, coordinate and host successful client seminars/events, creating invitations and promotional materials, booking venues and tradeshows. Also serve as sole administrative support for several large client physician practices and family office events such as strategic planning meetings, shareholder and committee meetings including preparing agenda, minutes and action items. Planning social events for firm as well as clients including site selection, event management and communications.
• Perform a variety of key functions, addressing inquiries of current and potential clients, communicating and working with sales/marketing regarding initiatives, events and maintaining sales database.
• Compile and maintain ACT! Database for over 7,000 marketing/sales contacts producing weekly reports for management as well as creating correspondence for client and potential client mailings.
• Prepare meeting agendas for President’s meetings and carefully monitor all action items.
• Review travel expenses of all employees for accuracy and compliance.
• Special projects have included Project Coordinator for client relations in the first buyout of the firm’s history and Project Manager for construction and remodeling of office location.
