Aim and Objective :

SUMMARY :

The plasmid DNA was isolated from both species. The Restriction Digestion of the isolated DNA was done using restriction enzymes such as ECOR1, Hind III, Kpn I, and Bam HI. Employing southern blotting technique the digested DNA samples were hybridized. λDNA/ECOR1 digest and pUC18/Hind III digest were the molecular markers used. The separated DNA strands were confirmed by the presence of orange color bands under UV transilluminator.
