: Every Branch Credit Manager reports to Location Credit Manager – handling location like North Gujarat, South Gujarat etc..§ Last Salary Drawn: 227,010 pa § Preferred Location: 1 Navi Mumbai 2 Mumbai.§ Profile- Credit Assessment and Appraisal- TAT adherence.- Regular MIS reporting. - Coordination with sales, collections and verification agency.- Conducting regular training of sourcing channels and verification agency.§ Key Responsibilities : - Credit Assessment and Appraisal with adherence to the credit policy.- To maintain a healthy Credit Portfolio for the branch.- Preparing various MISs of branch and publishing Newsletter for the whole branch on monthly basis (which covers – logins numbers, disbursals numbers, rejects, rejection analysis, delinquency figures, Avg. ticket size of the branch – and comparing all figures with the earlier month).- Coordination with (a) Sales – for expansion of business and (b) Collections- for controlling delinquency.- Adhering to the credit policy and giving feedback to policy team keeping in mind the feedback and suggestions, which I receive from sales and collections dept.- Handling the awareness calling exercise every month and ensuring low cheque bounce rate.- Conducting regular training for sales channels, agency staff and internal credit staff also.- Presenting branch in Branch quarterly review which is held at location level.
