JOB RESPONSIBILITY: Ensuring adherence to quality standards at vendors end for sheet metal / stamping, machined, plastic, rubber and functional parts (Tractor , hydraulic & Engine)
 Performance testing for various functional activities.
 Receiving inspection activities for sheet metal, plastic, rubber and machined parts.
 Participating in the implementation of total quality management tools such as 5s , KAIZEN, CIT, OIT & QC Story and TS 16949 standards for quality management.
 Managing calibration of measuring instruments & testing equipment.
 To ensure revision of quality form time to time.
 Line problem handling and developing solutions to satisfy internal customer.
 Salvage of material subjected to quality discrepancy.
 Working in SAP version 4.7
 To participate in various improvement programmes such as quality circle meetings, kaizens, QC story, OIT, CIT etc.
 To participate actively for reduction of line rejection ppm.
 Layout inspection of tractor & v.t.u. Parts.
 Well versed with measuring instruments being in automobile industry.
 Developing plan to lower the parts defects contributing to DPR improvement.
 Supplier‘s Audit as per plan
 Responsible for MSA .of measuring instrument.
 Interacts with suppliers for quality of the product.

 Analysis of LR and GR PPM for identified SUPPLIER.
