January 2001 to January 2002 – Capitol Mortgage Services – Closer/Vice President

Responsible for issuing closing instructions and funding all loans. Selling a portion of those loans on the secondary market and the remainder to FNMA and transmitting information via Mornet to FNMA. Insuring all FHA and VA loans and sending out final documentation to the investors.

February 1986 – January 2001 – Post Closing/Shipping Manager

Responsible for supervising the shipping, insuring and final documentation of all loans for 20 branch offices. Liaison for branches to the different investors. Checked all purchase advices for accuracy. Sent out first payment letters to borrowers and made sure that all mortgage payments were received.
