 Title: The Peptide Mapping of Recombinant Hepatitis B Surface Antigen Proteins obtained from Hansenula Polymorpha (4th Sem. M.Sc).
 Synopsis: The study was based on the subjection of the rHBsAg protein to tryptic digestion,
followed by SDS-PAGE and immuno blotting to characterize the protein and to
determine the presence of epitopes on the surface of tryptic digested fragments.
