Visionary implementer of the Category Management, content creative, and revenue generation arm of iTaggit, a startup firm entering the Web 2.0 market.
• Grew the Category infrastructure from 9 to over 260 categories ensuring consistency and stability.
• Defined category evaluation criteria and developed a category review council based on strategic metrics that align to the industry’s needs.
• Defined category manager’s roles, responsibilities and training programs, and recruited category managers to build a functional and forwardly stable team.
• Developed the advertising vehicle and targeting metrics which is the basis of iTaggit’s current revenue. Developed long term plan for bringing direct sales in-house.
