Acquisition Logistics Analyst
•Monitors assigned tasks and keeps the Project Manager (PM) abreast of all issues, concerns, problems, and accomplishments submitting recommendations for process improvements to PM.
•Works high priority tasks as assigned by the PM.
•For reporting purposes assist the PM in the development of program management presentations and associated materials; executing logistics planning, implementing measurement systems, and analyzing such.
•Required to analyze expenditures, identify methods of improvement, development of reports, prepare cost justifications and present findings to upper management for approval.
•Required to maintain effective project cost controls.
•Provides infrastructure requirements management.
•Acting as junior technical member of a nine-person team consisting (three government employees and six contractors) ensuring the quality assurance of the Requirements Management Plan, the Requirements Traceability Matrix, and any other project deliverable documentation.
•Plan, coordinate, and evaluate logistical actions in support of the project.
•Supports the program correlating these requirements with program plans to assure that the needed support provided is correctly complimented and completed.
•Responsible for coordinating efforts to complete the PESHE documentation for the Joint Tactical Common Operating Picture (JTCW) and MAGTF Spiral 0.

BAE Systems Applied Technologies, Stafford, VA 12/1997 – 10/2005
Project Lead/Acquisition Analyst for Combatant Diving Project (3 years experience)
•Integrate team player in the fielding of the Diver Propulsion Device (DPD) (362 units), Tactical Hydrographic Survey Equipment (THSE) (program changed gears) and the forward deployable diving lab (FDDL) (program changed gears).
•Assisted Dive Team Project Officer with the Statement of Need and started the Abbreviated Acquisition Program (AAP) process.
•For the THSE System coordinated and conducted the project’s Fleet User Evaluations (FUEs) through the Marine Corps various Recon Units.
•Developed, drafted, and assisted in the production of required documentation (i.e., ISP, SSAA, LCCE, MFP, POI and MC-SAMP) for use in the procurement of equipment in accordance with DoD5000 also to acquire JTIC level certification prior to Milestone C.
•Spearheaded the procurement of the R&D licenses for the test and evaluation of the mapping software and four prototypes of the hardware device to conduct the FUEs and to prepare for the source selection process of the final version of the hardware and software suites for fielding to begin in 3rd QTR FY07.
•Acting liaison for the Dive Team in regards to C4I and any documentation required to produce for said project.
•In regards to project determination for equipment and documentation spearheaded the Analysis IPT, reporting findings to the various executive levels in the government as well as the military.
•Assisted in writing the Course Conduct Publication for MC Divers to recertify.
•From lessons learned in an AAP environment wrote a white paper for the Director of the IWS SBT on the procedures to be followed for the ISP process.

Program Analyst (2 years experience)
•Provided logistics support to Project Manager, Navy Marine Corps Infrastructure/Information Technologies (PM NMCI/IT) on tracking distribution based on delivery orders for MCHS and other equipment purchased from vendors for entire MC Operating Forces. The tracking was accomplished via a phone log of calls in an Excel spreadsheet and Access database.

Lead Program Administrative Specialist (LPAS) (1 ½ years experience)
•Managed seven administrative assistants providing support for Project Manager, Program Task Leader’s and C4I Marine Corps personnel performing administrative duties such as editing, creating graphics for meeting briefs in PowerPoint, scheduling conferences and meetings, and recording, typing, distributing minutes, and coordination of action items generated from meetings.

ISO Internal Audit Coordinator (2 years experience hand-in-hand with Program Analyst position)
•As ISO Internal Audit Coordinator spearheaded 20+-person audit team for facility Quality Management System.
•Provided end-to-end management leadership over entire auditing effort ensuring all processes and procedures were compliant with the ISO 9001:2000 standards.

Data Entry Specialist (1 ½ years experience)
•Supported LPAS and C4I MARCORSYSCOM personnel with briefing development, chart refinement, graphics, formatting, technical editing, and QA for project deliverables.
•Managed the technical library and filing system in an Access database. In partnership with the LPAS ensuring that all administrative functions were executed with consistent and precise quality performance.
•Collected and reviewed all timecards for hours charged to contract.
•Provided meeting support and report generation, creating, maintaining, and reporting the action items.
