Special Projects Assistant
• Perform routine administrative functions including typing letters and memoranda, booking conference rooms, scheduling conference calls, answering high volume phones, etc. Manage and track all continental U.S. mediations and lawsuits; includes scheduling representatives to represent Safeco at meditations throughout the U.S. Coordinate and follow-up on all billing and filing of all legal documents, both hard copy and via electronic filing process.
