1. Manage banking activities to facilitate operations and maximize interest on excess cash balances.
2. Financial Management including monitoring expenditures and developing budget proposals.
3. Support and guide the finance staff to maintain operational effectiveness.
4. Implement internal control systems and procedures for all accounting and financing operations.
5. Produce accurate and timely financial analysis, information and advice on routine operations and special projects as required.
6. Complete budget preparation on time. Preparation of MIS along with variance analysis.
7. Support institutional cost reduction by maintaining accounting department’s cost within the budget.
8. Scrutiny of bills for payment and providing financial approval on purchase requisitions and purchase order, which have been budgeted for that period.
9.Maintain Books of Account for all cash and cheques received - Debit and Credit notes, Exchange Rates and Bank Transactions.
10. Preparation of payroll and tax calculations. Maintain a high standard of confidentiality with regard to payroll, correspondence and financial matters
11. Preparation and issue of TDS certificates to employees and suppliers.
12. Co-ordinate and implement all MIS report on monthly basis.
13. Prepare Group Institutional loan status on a monthly basis.
14. Finalization of Accounts & Coordinating with Auditors.
15. Co-ordinate in all company secretarial functions in accordance with Companies Act 1956, Register of Companies and Income Tax Act.
16. Filing of various company documents relating to Audit, Legal & Tax. Like Annual returns with ROC and Return of Income with Income Tax Department etc.
17. Remittance of Provident Fund (PF), Professional Tax (PT), Filing of monthly PF Returns, PT Returns etc.
18. Arrangement of loans and other facilities from banks for new business projects.
19. Preparation of PowerPoint Presentations, reports, notices etc
20. Maintenance of personnel files and other personnel related work.
