PROJECT UNDERTAKEN:

The Project involves two parts
(i) Sun tracking of solar panel.
In sun tracking method the movement of the Sun is tracked by solar panel using PIC16F877 Microcontroller so that constant voltage can be achieved throughout the day. In Maximum power point tracking (MPPT) method, maximum power is transferred from source to load when the duty cycle of the MOSFET is varied.
(ii) Simulation of Nano devices that could be used in solar panel
In Nanotechnology, simulation of Nano devices such as CNTFET and Silicon Nano wire is carried out to find its characteristics that could yield a solar panel with improved efficiency.
