$93 mil dollar budget, including the analyzation of the reuse of existing medical equipment. Approved schedules and pay request. Spearheaded the planning of the hospital's Pneumatic Tube System. Introduced $250,000 in value engineering ideas. Oversaw the planning and design of the PACS; a new filmless radiological technology.
