Customer complained because magazine was not distributed to all stores in leading grocery chain and was not growing in size. Restructured distribution and increased display locations. Convinced customer to allow color and multiple sized ads versus black and white listing blocks.

GSM was over-extended and fighting new major competitor. Reassigned two magazines to stronger GSM with more time to devote to turnaround.
