• Revised program objectives and learner outcomes, and facilitated development of visual and written learning materials integrating agricultural and preventative health issues;
• Improved tools for assessment of volunteer teachers’ performance and training needs.

Ireland Aid Lesotho – Wrote successful proposal with Lesotho Ministry of Education for purchase and distribution of textbooks for Lesotho’s Free Primary Education Program; created promotional materials for Consulate of Ireland’s Bi-lateral development program.
CARE Lesotho – Co-designed and facilitated a project development workshop for Ministry of Agriculture and community-based organizations for CARE’s Environmental and Agricultural Management program.
