Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for managing and growing vendor relationships with MasterCard, CheckFree and Metavante as well as internal vendors
• Manage contract negotiations, including pricing and service level standards and penalties
• Monitor and report vendor performance levels, completing vendor evaluations, and conducting review meetings
